On February 1st, the Nanjing Software Industry Association held the 7th congress and the first meeting of the 7th council. The general manager of Panda Electronics Mr. Xia Dechuan was elected as the director of Nanjing Software Industry Association again. He presided at the first meeting of the 7th council and put forward the association’s idea and plans of next step.
